I have recently purchased a 1953 double brick residence which currently has the original carpet and tiles over hardwood floors. i am yet to rip up the carpet and inspect the floors, but i am 90% certain that they are tasmanian oak.
settlement on the property is in mid june and i require the work to begin on the monday after settlelment. at this stage it looks as though work is to commence on 16/6/08. the job will require 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 hallway and 3 bedrooms to be sanded and polished.
i will be arranging a date before settlement for inspection of the property to obtain a quote.
