We need to have the floorboards in our house sanded, stained & coated in a low sheen/matt varnish. They are currently still under old carpet so we're not sure of what type of hardwood it is or condition. The area that needs to be done is approx. 70sqm (lounge room, 3 bedrooms & corridor). We were thinking about doing it ourselves but would prefer not to if we can afford it.
