We take posession of an apartment on the 20th aug 2008. we would like the parquetry floor to be sanded and polished (semi-gloss), possibly starting from the 21st aug 2008.
approx 105 square meters needs to be done.
the flooring is approx 8yrs old, however it has worn as much as to show grey patches in high traffic areas.
we *think* the wood is tasmanian oak.
