Customer had been trying to get work completed to a good standard and this has been going on since july. The provider has sanded floors and put filler in although the filler soaked into floor boards which damaged them. t He hen sealed over it. Sealer was not levelled with floors and had a bubbly effect to them. Asked provider to fix it which he did although did not fix properly or to a decent standard. Asked provider to strip up and do again which he did although left dust and dirt under sealer customer has had to pay for removalists and storage costs and is severely out of pocket. Does not recommend provider to others as it seems he definately did not know what he was doing.
