Excellent. Michael came out to see us and was friendly, polite, honest and extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field of work. After learning a lot about the process and procedure we have decided that it is not the right time for us to sand and polish our floors but when we decide to do so in the future, we will definitely be going with Polaco.
