I have recently renovated my kitchen. I decided to get the floorboards underneath the vinyl polished. The vinyl is stuck to a thin layer of chip board that is sitting on top of the floorboard. Underneath the benchtop where the dishwasher is the floor board is cut for piping, so this will need to be repaired with some boards as well. I need someone to sand and polish the floorboard. The kitchen is about 4m2 x 3m2 although most of it is taken up by the kitchen cabinets which is in a L shape.
