Small 3BR house with Vic Ash hardwood timber floors
Boards have no gaps and are in very good condition
Carpet already ripped up and tack strips removed (incl nails holding them down)
One room had lino on sheets of MDF like boards which have been ripped up (staples still in floors need to be removed, but small room 3 x 3.5m)
Staples still in floors from underlay (not many)
Need nails pushed down, puttied, sanded and floor coating applied
Not fussed on coating (Poly or waterbased) but must be hard wearing as this is a rental property
No furniture in there and property empty now.
Area/sizes:
Lounge = 19sqm
Hallway (C-shape) = 5 + 1 + 1 = 7sqm
Master (3.6m x 3.9m) = 14 sqm
BR1 = (3 x 3.5m) = 10 sqm
BR1 = (3 x 3.5m) = 10 sqm
