I currently have floorboards that are covered in lino tiles. These are stuck directly on the floorboards leaving some minor staining and tile lines on the boards.
I would like to:
* get the lino removed (its very easy as it's almost coming off on its own) and disposed of.
* Remove any residue and sand back floor
* Stain the wood darker to eliminate the square effect
* Polish & protect the surface.
The are is just a small kitchen about 4mx4m area.
If possible remove tiles otherwise I can do myself if time permits.
