We have 103 square meters of floorboards that we want stained black and have the recommended protective coats applied. The floorboards are original in our 1920's Californian bungalow but in good condition. There is one section of floorboards that have been damaged (appears as though it has been used to access under the house) so some limited repairs may be required, however please do not quote on repairs.
