Small lounge / kitchen, hall and 2 small bedrooms to be sanded and polished - hardwood floors. kitchen did have lyno and masonite over the timber floor. we have already pulled up the lyno/masonite,nails & staples in small dining area off the kitchen but the kitchen has been built ontop of the lyno/masonite so cutting and edging will have tobe done (somehow?) around the cabinets.
