I have nothing but praise for Mark from M & M Fashion Floors. Mark was quick to respond to my Service Central request and made an appointment to quote the job. Mark conducted a detailed inspection of the job and provided different options for the finish of thr floor, explaining the pro's and con's of all options. Mark provided a very competitive written quote and I hired him on the spot. Mark did an outstanding job sanding and polishing the floors, they look simply amazing. The entire site was cleaned, all rubbish was removed and he even swept up outside to remove amny dust. Throughout the whole process Mark remained in contact, giving updates on how the job was progressing, and sending courtesy SMS reminders before quoting and then doing the job. I wish all tradies were as reliable and as professional as Mark.
