Peter was a great guy initially to deal with but when the work started it all turned bad. The first day turned up over an hour late forcing me to be late for my work appointment. Quoted the job would go into the 3rd day probablt, was done in one and half days, we thought yeah good, but when we got to see our floors, they were shocking to say the least, rough patches everywhere, 10-20 holes that had not been puttied up, timber dry as anything - absolutely shocking!! To make it worse for himseld, he pestered me for money knowing his job was well below standard. I had the good mind to inspect before and if I had not he would never had come back. After about one month complaining and saying nothign was wrong, he finally came to do a 3rd coat (as per manufactures specs) and now I would say the floors look just ok, in parts they still look very bad but just barely acceptable. Also, tried to charge for extra work that took about 30 mins $240 and his only reasoning was that he had to buy a tool that cost $40, seriously??? I was highly recommend do not use this company, you will just end up having problems, I was constalt verbally abused, sworn at many times for just wanting a smooth clean finish.
