I am moving into a1960s house in South Melbourne. The house will be clear for sanding - the boards are probably about 20 years old in the living/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and small hall. We think they are mountain ash or pine. One small area of 3m2 will have new boards.
I appreciate that this is late notice but I am hoping to get this done before moving furniture in on the 14th of July.
