I am looking at re-polishing the timber floors in the living area, removing the carpet in 3 bedrooms and from internal stairs to sand and polish the timber flooring underneath, and re-polishing the deck. If possible, could you please give me a rough guideline of the possible costs I’d be looking at to sand and repolish these areas, and/or an approximate price per square metre?
