Approx 100 sqm hardwood floor boards to lay.for down stairs area
Doug requested 3 quotes from Floorers in Collaroy Plateau
House is only 4 years old, i would like downstairs carpeted area be replaced with floor boards (carpets will be removed by myself) and new hardwood floor boards be layed. i prefer blackbutt (my old house had it - i was most happy with the quality), however, will consider other types of timber, depending on price.
also, depending on price, i might decide the rest of the carpeted area (app. 80-100 sqm) be covered by floor boards.
class is supposed to be at least standard, preferably higher/select.
need quotes for 2 scenarios:
1. labour + all materials,
2. labour only.
