Repair required in two bedrooms. Each room size is approx. 3m x 3m.
Floorboard area affected in each room: small localised sections where floorboard quality questionable.
Repair needed prior to laying flooring (e.g. carpet) to improve insulation.
Quality of repair needs to enable flexibility in future to have floorboards exposed (that would then need to be sanded and polished).
Ability to be able to quote for future sanding, polishing and finishing would be valuable - would also help owner in choosing type of floor covering e.g. rugs on finished floorboards or carpet.
