Floorboards to be in a honey or slightly lighter colour.
I don't wont ultra-thin/cheap but not to expensive either (laminate? 9mm> thick).
The area is 2 adjoining rooms, a adjoining (small) kitchen and a short hallway totalling 35.5Msq.
