Floor levelling, subfloor pier support fix

Hi,
Im the owner of 3 bedroom house and would like to get the quote for subfloor repairing/levelling and installing additional pier support.
The structure is a brick veneer type building constructed on concrete footings. Evidence of footing settlement is apparent. Floors are out of level.
It is concrete footing with pier supports.
Some doors in couple of rooms are out of level.
Could you please provide with the cost of the fix ?
