Grind out high spots of concrete slab floor and prepare for plywood to go o

Chris requested 3 quotes from Floorers in Montrose

55m2 of concrete slab to be levelled out. There is one high spot that needs to be ground down and the remaining areas will need a levelling compound and grind to straighten the floor. This is to prepare the floor for plywood to go over the top for a timber strip floor to go over that.
- The high spot is approximately 25mm high by about 1 metre wide by a bout 2 metres long.
