Grind the side of the concrete step on porch & alfresco to even the surface

Background: newly built home, tiles were laid on porch and alfresco and the edging was added without allowing for the sides to be tiled at a later time. The sides need to be grinded to even the surface to allow for tiles to be laid. I don't have dimensions available for the porch however it is a standard sized porch (not small, not large), the alfresco is 4 x 5.5. Please quote for both preparing for tiling and tiling (please split prices in quote however if you do not do tiling, it doesn't mean you won't be considered for the job, the main thing we need addressed is the grinding/even the surface).
