Prem G requested 3 quotes from Floorers in Brunswick West
Install, Sand and Polish Tasmanian oak floor.(timber and plywood will be provided). Install 23SQM on Concrete with plywood sub floor and 25SQM on Pine. skirting has to removed and reinstalled. Gloss finish with 3 coats.
Carpets have been removed. Total area 50 SQM.
I will supply Tasmanian oak (85mm * 14mm) select grade timber with secret nail profile ( T and G) and 12mm Ply wood.
