Take up and remove existing floating timber floor and underlay. Existing skirting is NOT to be removed. 3. If required, existing ply floor to be re-screwed to ensure all movement in flooring is eliminated. 4. Supply and Lay Damtec 2mm standard acoustic underlay to upstairs area consisting of 4 bedrooms, study, dressing room, hallways and robe. (100 sqm) Bonded correctly to existing wooden subfloor. 5. Supply and Lay Platinum Moleskin 4 metre wide carpet on Dunlop GymLay to upstairs areas previously mentioned (100 sqm). Thanks
