Lay laminate flooring in small office

Hello we have a small office that currently has carpet, we are hoping to remove the carpet and replace with a hard timber laminate (that can handle office chairs on it) 4.6m long and 1.5m wide (approx). We can buy the laminate floor (hopefully with your advice) and have it ready for laying. It would be good just to get an approximate cost for laying and also if it can be done on a Saturday (if possible) and I can help where possible. It is in a unit at Aurora Tower in the city.
