Lay pine flooring and sand back existing floor

Gavin requested 3 quotes from Floorers in Terrigal

We've got around 110 l/m of pine to lay. Floor would be 'mixed' into an existing pine floor (requires removal of some pieces of existing flooring) so you don't see a straight lines where the new floor starts.

Additionally, we are interested in a quote to sand back the existing floor & finish both floors ready for painting, area is approximately 45m.
