Lounge: Either replacing the structural ply with timber flooring OR laying overlay timber floorboards. Room is 6.2m x 5.3. Note - joists go the wrong way :-(
Rest of house (3 beds + dining room + hall = 75 sq. m approx): Sand & varnish floorboards to match new boards in lounge. Boards are 1940s tongue-and-groove 10cm Baltic pine (I think). Area of rest of house is roughly 75 sq. m.
