Installation of moisture-proof plastic lining, underlay and floating timber floors that compliment existing 15mm wide stained solid treated pine timber floors in dining room. Total floor size is less than 14sqm. Floors would need to be cut to size where required to frame existing island bench and butt flush against existing kick-boards.
