The vinyl flooring is swollen and has big bubbles in places. I have seen water seep out from underneath the vinyl in one place, if i press down on the floor. The swelling of the vinyl appears near the gas room heater and in the corridor where the laundry, toilet and bathroom are. Can you please suggest what needs to be done? Does a plumber need to be called and then the someone to repair the vinyl floors?
