This provider was completely incompetent. The job that was done was substandard with the floor uneven and lying on an angle (note the job description was to pack and lay the floor). As a result of this job, I will have to arrange for someone to remove the floor and restart and consederable expense. I am very disappointed at what has happened and request that service central convey this to the provider, any governing body and remove the provider from their service.
