The job needs to be done any day after lunchtime next Thursday 17th through to Wednesday 23rd Sept the following week - please don’t respond if not available these times.
I have already installed 50+ sqm black varnished oak quickstep eligna in the house myself, but am too slow/have other stuff to do. I need you to install the rest in two rooms and corridor (total area 40sqm), and pin scotia in the kitchen, living, and master bedroom (I have glued scotia in most of these, but it didn’t stick well).
Have a look at the floor plan attached, red part, to get an idea of what/where the 40sqm work needs doing.
I have floorboards, scotia, and quickstep incizo on site.
Please provide a quote for the job based on the above information, including a sq m rate and total cost, and outline any additional cost for the quads in the kitchen, living and master bedroom.
