Please disregard budget choice. i have no idea what it would cost and you wont either until you take a look. the timber floor in my lounge room has buckled and has lifted off its base. i suspect the boards have expanded which have cause the floor to lift. i need somene to carefully lift the boards in the affected area (without damaging them) to see the cause. if i am correct that expansion is the cause i need someone to remove the boards (without damaging them) shave them down against the wall and re-lay the affected area.
