Currently the floors are particle board with carpet and tiles flooring in the kitchen. I require a quote to lay new floor boards in keeping with the rest of the house - 150mm baltic pine. New floor will need to be stained and sealed. Existing flooring in front two bedrooms will need to be sanded back, stained and then resealed also.
