The balcony has a rubber skin on the conrete floor which is damaged and needs to be removed before alternative flooring can be laid. The balcony concrete wall paint is flaking and also needs to be removed. (The original balcony walls and floor are grey cement.) The balcony floor is approximately 10 x 2 m in diameter. A written quotation by a qualified tradesperson is required. Budget selected above is a guess we will obtain 2 quotes for this job.
