I need approx 11 square meters of kempas floorboards laid over the top of an existing baltic pine floor. The floor needs to be finished to match an existing floor. The existing floorboards are approx 19mm thick. I also require a manhole cut in the floor. It's a pretty standard square area, no curves or funny angles.
