Terrace house needs floorboards sanded and polished
MON requested 3 quotes from Floorers in Fitzroy North
Two storey terrace house in the inner Melbourne area. We will be ripping up the old carpet, and we are seeking quotations for the sanding and polishing of the timber floorboards.
The floor area is approximately 114 square metres plus a staircase that has two sections - one with 18 steps, one with 7 steps. The skirting boards will also need to be sanded and polished.
We would like to work with an experienced and reliable tradesperson. The job will be ready to start in early September.
