My townhouse is 7 yrs old and has timber floors downstairs. the area is approximately 55 square metres with a sunken living area (only two steps). the floors are in need of a revamp/polish, but i would also like to darken them off a few shades as well to go with a new colour scheme.
i would like to get a quote on getting the floors sanded, stained (or what ever is suggested by the professionals) and polished or resurfaced so they are ready for another 7 years.
