My townhouse has floorboards on the ground level. I have an under-stair laundry and due to a faulty washing machine the floor boards around it have been water damaged. The floorboards vary in severity with some being severely swollen and raised and others just being slightly uneven. I would like to replace the severely damaged boards and see if i can sand the others to get them even again.
