Firmadoor brand automatic opener/closer not working - motor just spinning. Upon closer inspection I have found that the cog that is attached to the motor has shattered. This is the cog that sits in the ring gear to turn the roller door. Also looks like the motor bracket housing has been damaged when the cog broke.
