Motor and chain drive were taken off to install a brand new ceiling. After that the plaster and I put back the motor and chain drive without changing any settings. Though the door can be opened and closed it is not going smoothly and after the door is closed from one side the chain is too loose and from other side it is too tight. Manual release/locking mechanism is extremely tight. When it is released the whole door shakes abnormally.
