The motor is not opening or closing the roller door. I have checked the controller unit which appears to be working properly and outputting 23V to the motor when activated. The unit is a... The unit is a Glidermatic model. When it manages to activate it only winds the door up/down a few centimeters before it shutsdown. I need this quickly rectified please. Thanks
