The door opens properly. however, when it closes the motor keeps running. i think that the door may need to be lifted due to the wet weather...causing it to swell ??????

Most of the time when trying to close the garage door by remote it will not close. Will get stuck and then reopen. I need to help pull it down to close. Opening is not so bad - will always open.
