We have a Merlin 230t Garage door opener, the garage door is tilt type.
The garage door has somehow jammed and can only open half way and it would stop and the light will flash a few times.
We have checked by pulling the manual pull and can confirm the door can be manually opened and closed without obstruction. While in manual mode, we have also checked that the chain can roll in full circle (by pressing the operate button).
We dont' believe there is technical issue with the unit itself?
