There was a garage door fitted with a HomEntry garage door opener. The remote control was not used for many years because there was no powerpoint near enough. Today an electrician installed a powerpoint. when the electrician and myself tried to use the remote it did not work. After he left I tried to close the door using the remote. It closed the door but I could not open it. Therefore I need someone who knows about this particular brand to come over and open the door and fix any problem with it.
