Court yard to be cleaned & branches cut from tree

I have a small courtyard approximately 4 x 8 metres. There alot of weeds that have turned into shrubs during my absence the last couple of months. I would like these cleared. Also I have one tree in the corner of the yard thats needs a few of the branches cut/trimmed as they are now pressing on the back fence. There is no grass so no mowing is required. The rubbish would need to be taken away also.
