All front garden beds weeded. Back yard garden beds kept clear of tall grass & weeds (whipper-sniped). All edges maintained (nature strip, front and back). Standard green waste bin available for refuse but all other excess clippings, etc to be removed. May include occasional poisioning and mulching if this makes ongoing maintenance easier (and cheaper!).
