There are a number of medium sized (10 metre x 3 metre) garden areas with the body corporate complex which require:
removal of old shrubs and garden debris.
cultivate soil, supply and spread new soil (approximately 20 square metres).
supply and fertilize garden areas.
supply and plant some new shrubs, ground cover and native grasses and a small amount of turf. (quantities to be determined upon inspection.)
provide and spread mulch, (cypress or teatree) to garden area.
repair damaged retaining wall - if possible.
relocate a chain mesh fence (10 metres in length)
