Two-level yard of duplex needs basic maintenance: Some bush trimming, weeding or weed spraying, sweeping of leaves off concrete paths and steps. Sometimes cuttings and weeds need to be carried up stairs (about 5 plus 8 steps total) to bin area for disposal.
On lower level (same steps situation), small LAWN NEEDS TO BE MOWED, but NOT with whipper-snipper.
Approx. 2 hours every three weeks. Budget based on previous gardener (retired) is $80 per 2 hours. Please email before March 24.
