My garden is neglected and overgrown. Needs to be thouroughly weeded, cleaned out and then replanted. Shrubs and plants are currently dying, too big or not right. I need someone cost effective, but with good horticultural skills who can advise on what to do, what to plant, etc.
Basically I want a nice, tidy good looking garden that I can enjoy, but don't have the time to do it, and don't have the skills to tell someone else exactly what needs to be done!
I also need someone to maintain (trim, cut grass, weed, etc.) once or twice a month.
