Gardener required to tidy up small front and back gardens of house to make it look amazing before the house goes up for sale :) a challenge since it's the middle of winter!! The house is a Victorian weatherboard on 200m2, so front and back gardens are very small.
Front yard (approx 10m2):
* Prune weeping tree
* Try to make rose bushes look decent
* Dig our small (20cm high) lilypily hedging plants that have died
* Dig out some soil and lay down black mulch
... whatever you think will add value to the house without going overboard.
Back courtyard (approx 20m2):
* Prune existing bushes
* Prune 2 x Ornamental Pear trees - they are about 5m tall and need to be much shorter and shaped!
* Remove debris (dead leaves etc from pebbles)
* General clean up / tidy up
