2. Chop 1/2 or all of Jacaranda tree down (looks like it is going over the house), and take it away with you.
3. Chop & take out little gum tree behind Jacaranda, and take it away with you.
4. Bamboo on the verandah seems to be dying and is watered by an automatic watering system (that I don't know how to turn off). Need advice as to what to do.
5. Take down vines that is climbing over the house.
