I need a gardener to come on a weekly basis to clean up my very neglected garden. It will be a big job at first but once cleaned up, I will need someone to come on a regular basis to maintain the garden and keep the weeds down. I'd prefer one experienced person to come and work on a regular basis over a few months (with an hourly rate) rather than a team of people to come and blitz the garden.
